There's no way this is real. The bird at the beginning of the video is a female, then in the middle it's a male, then it keeps switching from male to female. Not to mention the injury changes from the right wing to the left. And for the nest at the end of the video, birds dont make an open cup nest sitting in such a conspicuous spot because of nest predation by Coopers Hawks, Crows, squirrels, and other predators.
