受新冠肺炎疫情影响，全市大中小学春季学期延迟开学。那么新学期什么时候开学？开学返校后教学安排如何进行？2月11日晚，市教体局公布了工作方案。按照方案，我市各级各类学校师生，将分期、分批有序返校开学。
按照要求，全市各级各类学校2月底前不开学，具体开学时间将视疫情防控情况，根据省教育厅统一部署，经科学研判并报市政府确定，提前向社会发布。校外培训机构、托管机构在普通中小学开学前不得提前开展线下培训、托管服务。
具体安排如下：
错峰返校
各镇区、各学校和幼儿园要根据疫情防控情况，在确保安全的前提下，精准安排疫情防控重点地区的教职员工、学生，严格按照先本市、后本省外市、最后疫情防控重点地区顺序，分院系、分年级、分班级、分省份、分期、分批错峰有序返校。
普通中小学、幼儿园师生 具体返校次序
高中：高三、高二、高一；
初中：初三、初二、初一；
小学：从六年级到一年级；
幼儿园：大班、中班、小班。
其它院校、机构安排：
大专院校、中职学校，校外培训机构、托管机构原则上应安排在普通中小学开学一周后开学；
到机关企事业单位实习的大专院校、中职学校毕业生，可以按实习单位所在地政府和实习单位安排执行；
来自疫情防控重点地区的中山市域大专院校、中职学校学生，原则上应安排在普通中小学开学两周后返校。
其中，大专院校要设立独立的健康观察区域，完善相应的设施设备、专业人员、医疗条件、生活条件保障等。
此外，各镇区文体教育局（教育事务指导中心）要在普通中小学开学前、开学后第一周，对校外培训机构、托管机构有无开展线下培训、托管服务情况各抽查一次；各中小学、幼儿园要尽快开学前通知学生家长不送子女到校外培训机构和托管机构。

按照要求，全市各级各类学校2月底前不开学，具体开学时间将视疫情防控情况，根据省教育厅统一部署，经科学研判并报市政府确定，提前向社会发布。校外培训机构、托管机构在普通中小学开学前不得提前开展线下培训、托管服务。
具体安排如下：
错峰返校
各镇区、各学校和幼儿园要根据疫情防控情况，在确保安全的前提下，精准安排疫情防控重点地区的教职员工、学生，严格按照先本市、后本省外市、最后疫情防控重点地区顺序，分院系、分年级、分班级、分省份、分期、分批错峰有序返校。

到机关企事业单位实习的大专院校、中职学校毕业生，可以按实习单位所在地政府和实习单位安排执行；
来自疫情防控重点地区的中山市域大专院校、中职学校学生，原则上应安排在普通中小学开学两周后返校。
其中，大专院校要设立独立的健康观察区域，完善相应的设施设备、专业人员、医疗条件、生活条件保障等。
此外，各镇区文体教育局（教育事务指导中心）要在普通中小学开学前、开学后第一周，对校外培训机构、托管机构有无开展线下培训、托管服务情况各抽查一次；各中小学、幼儿园要尽快开学前通知学生家长不送子女到校外培训机构和托管机构。
