Omuc KNN thanks for the info KNN my uncle loctor only told him his polyps were benign hyperplastic and nothing to worry KNN but he told my uncle he no idea why in a span of less than 2 year from last scope with nothing to becoming having multiple polyps and diverticlar disease so he just said should be aging process KNN

Usually if you drink one big glass of water in the morning on empty stomach after brush teeth your stomach should churn and then it's business time.

Will use this regimene from now but my uncle think it only will work for some KNN

recommend 6.9 cups of fluids (not just water). soup, juice, kopi, teh, laksa gravy included.

KNN my uncle leelised the 6.9 cups of fluid should be drank over 69mins then will have effect KNN my uncle was too greedy and kan cheong to drink them over 6.9mins KNN
