The regime solved the problem by nationalising public transport so it only need to deal with car owners and poorer peasants. LTA was created to deflect flame from MOT minion. It either build too many flats during recessions, 1997, 2003 or stop building new flats during the recent 'population boom' e.g. MOM imported tons of cheap foreign leeches. The peasants were made to suffer expensive leased pigeonholes when richer foreign talents snapped up private residences and foreign serfs snapped up resale public housing without a heartbeat.

The NEA revealed itself to be a top Jiat Leow Bee organisation when their Perm Sec, French Kitchen Help Tan spent 45k to clean a unnamed foreign restaurant kitchen. It was caught pants down during the Bukit Timah floods. Yaba called it a 'flood of the century' and fooled the rich merchant residents. However Yaba had a problem during the Orchard floods when richer smarter peasants howled for his blood. He was able to placate them by claiming peasants' litter block a key drain. Yaba and his cronies certainly deserve to be in the running for the Vermin Organisation.
