It should be easy to topple maduro if the army is like this. But he is still there.
Actually 99% depending on Russia & China backing. The weapon supplies, intelligence info, spies, assassins, medicine, special forces, military advisors etc. Lots of Chinese & Russian arms had been in Venezuela awaiting for Chow Ang Mohs long time.
