Vegans, juicing and other diets

Thanks to joety who intro juicing here in the forum and his share of his merit of juicing,

i have been juicing for the past 2 months and my friends said that my face look very much healthier than before . I look fresh and full of vitality with rosy cheeks.

Your fuck face, drink 100 litres of fruit juice everyday also no difference!
 
Agree. That's a great idea on pomegranate.


There are 2 main advantages of juicing

1. To consume the good stuff in the seeds eg pogramanate
2. For aged who has reached a stage where he cannot digest solid food effectively.

For me, juicing vegetable is out. I only juice hard stuff like carrot, pumpkin, guava (the seed) because my digestive system is no longer efficient. I think certain vegetable like celery, beetroot need to be taken in very small dose. Vege that contains substances that dilute the blood improves circulation but it can also cause hemorrhage if you have bad blood vessels like mine and drink too much such juice.
 
I juice thrice a week but strictly for celery and green leafy vegetable like spinach and parsley. No juiced or even blended fruits. This is in addition to normal intake of whole fruits and cooked vegetables.

There must be motivation behind why we are on top of the natural way of life and we are not educated enough to recognize what our body needs. When you see individuals living longer, you understand that it an inquiries of picking the right stuff and with some restraint and no be very particular and forgetting things that are important on account of a craze.
