I have the flu vaccine religiously every single year and I've never had any issues with my lungs whatsoever. I have done 160km bike races and beaten those half my age who have not had the flu jab. If anything the flu vaxx has made me stronger and increased my lung capacity.

My biology knowledge tells me that when you exercise religiously, your body has the capacity to detox all the crap from the vaccine more effectively than those who are not. Take that into account too. Athletics, like yourself, are usually or mostly quite body-conscious than those who are not, so they watch more closely on what they eat and drink too. And this helps to support the capacity of detoxification of the body.

ALL vaccines can cause death. Nothing is zero risk in life. However the risk is so low that it is worth getting vaccinated.

Hey boss. Disappointed with you la. Granted it makes the symptoms of infection more moderate for those vulnerable to it. However the vast majority is not vulnerable to it. Only a small percentage, probably 2% is, as proven by the dormitory numbers.
Out of that 2% maybe 2% needs serious medical attention. Do the math.
Otoh, clots cause by the mRNA can cause a myriad of diseases that will appear later. For young people, clots in their reproductive systems will cause infertility. Any organ can be affected and the effects will be years later.
So please do not regret after you've taken the vaccine.

People who exercise a lot a actually produce alot of free radicals.

Which is why so many who have very low CVS risk will kena cancer.

Abstract​

This epidemiologic, retrospective follow-up mortality study is based on the data gathered in the department of forensic medicine at the University Hospital of Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt/Main. Over a period of 21 years (1972-1992), roughly 21,000 forensic autopsies revealed 39 cases (0.19%) of natural deaths occurring during sexual activity. Except for two women, all of these cases were men of an average age of 61.3 years. The most frequent cause of death was myocardial infarction (n = 21/53.8%), three of these cases involving pericardial tamponade accompanied by myomalacia. The medical history of twelve of the deceased showed a previous myocardial infarction. Most of the deaths took place during or after sexual intercourse or manual stimulation. In most cases sudden death occurred during the sexual act with a prostitute. The annual incidence of sudden cardiovascular deaths during sexual activity is estimated to be 0.2/100,000 men. The risk for women is lower by a factor of 12.
