It's clear the they are afraid the vaccinated will spread the virus to the unvaccinated. It's a public admission that the vaccine has failed to prevent the vaccinated from being infected and infecting others. And it's called a VACCINE nevertheless. The vaccine does not appear to serve any health purposes; it serves a very important social purpose though - it allows you to enter shopping malls and dine in restaurants.
