right in front of the Tanah Merah NPP police post near to PAP's HQ(Blk49), from the top floor (14) of Blk 46 Bedok South, it rained heavy object down to the public park one after another for about half hour. I saw it all when it began at about 12 noon, the noisy fighting and screaming by a beating victim was very loud on this quiet Sunday afternoon. I told the NPP policeman immediately when the NPP opened at noon. The policeman was alone, and he said he don't think he can handle it, so he called for help as the violence continued upstairs and residence build up a crowd to watch. Things fly down piece by pieces, metal and flowerpots & heavy stuffs. Some residents unaware and kids who knows no danger continued to play below, where killer litters landed. Finally few more police arrived and cordoned the area, they actually ran out of Police Tape so they could not entirely cover up the area of landings. Tree brunches were broken by objects hitting them before hitting ground. I think the police is quite useless, as residents commented. They said "go up lah! arrest lah! stop people from crossing here lah!" all the policemen could do was kept calling for help.
