very sad this uwcsea international school school located in tampines can only produce students capable of shouting vulgarities and rowdy behaviour in the neighbourhood around its school the hdb void deck and the playground, causing noise pollution and nuisance to all the hdb flats when baby and young kids are taking nap in afternoon. worst, these bunch of foreign student hooligans take over the playground and whose young kids dare go there and play again. as always rich parents always produce useless children
