Yes. That's because "other" side is very tolerant, and are concerned about a myriad of other issues, so they aren't reacting - yet. If the Islamic push gets too overdone, it will. When peoples start losing their jobs, territories, their rights get trampled upon, they will. They have not reacted yet because the muslim peoples are still viewed as the "disadvantaged" lot, but when that line is crossed, there will be peoples, or groups of peoples that will hit back.
911 - that incident is still being argued about its causes. Some conspirists are saying its an inside job, whilst some others are pointing to Islamic terror groups (Osama? Al Qaeda?) If it were, could it have been retaliatory? I suppose it doesn't matter anymore, Osama is reportedly shot dead by Navy seals, case closed.
I am relaxed. Just nothing else better to do. Everyone here is all excited over the coming election. Me? Just surfing the net in-between emails. This, subject is a little bit of interest to me, because here in Singapore, where there is a lot more religious tolerance, and acceptance of other religions and cultures, the public refrains from making comments about religious groups, for reason we understand. But underlying the quiet surface, there are unspoken sentiments, wrapped and sealed. For national harmony, it is an offence to voice one's opinion on other cultures, if it is offensive. It may be. But it may be the truth.
Cheers!
More than 10 years since 911. Never seen any "other side" take any action despite numerous terrorist attacks. Relax.
