Why the govt and tax payers have to bear for all these? Should abandon them to their own decided fates, it is between them and their own gods or fate or luck if they want to seek adventure, society must not give them any security nor assurance nor bear cost nor troubles. Court death than face death, if don't come back let wild lives eat their corpse, sharks ate them then we eat ore shark fins. Wild boars ate them then we BBQ more wild boars.

【on.cc東網專訊】本港今日（20日）天氣惡劣，惟仍有不少人出海，警方接獲多宗有人墮海報告。其中有一家四口，包括一對父母、兒子及媳婦，今晨（20日）駕駛舢舨由將軍澳一碼頭出發，前往東龍洲釣魚，惟於下午4時許，他們在東龍洲南邊南堂尾對開海面遇到大風浪，2名女子即時穿上救生衣，惟父子倆未及穿着，舢舨已翻轉，四人同墮海。適時，有水警巡經發現，先救起姓黃（58歲）母親，及後再救起其姓何兒子及姓黃媳婦（俱31歲），3人同送院治理。

兩女子送院時清醒，惟何子已陷昏迷，要進行心外壓急救，至傍晚6時許，他證實不治。由於59歲何父仍失蹤，警方、消防、飛行服務隊及海事處人員，仍在現場繼續搜救，暫時未有發現，案件列作在香港水域搜救及失蹤人士。

另於下午2時48分，港島東區鯉景灣對開海面，有2人墮海。據了解，一行5人較早時分乘坐一艘長約25米的帆船出海，由西貢出發，途至鯉景灣對開時遇上大風浪，其中一男一女墮海，另3人仍在船上，隨船隻飄至將軍澳工業邨對開石灘擱淺，他們及後乘坐消防水上電單車返回岸上。至於失蹤2人則被駛經舢舨發現救起，5人無受傷，毋須送院。

此外，下午2時50分，東龍洲對開1男1女懷疑從魚排墮海，他們拚命拉着魚排，並高呼求救，其他人見狀協助報警，他們最終獲救，並無大礙。

【本報訊】黃雨警告下行山，六名男女一度被困黃龍石澗。昨午五時許，黃色暴雨警告信號期間，五女一男（十五至六十歲）在大嶼山黃龍石澗行山，由於天氣突然惡劣，雷雨交錯，他們未能及時離開，遂報警求助。警方及消防接報到場，政府飛行服務隊直升機亦出動協助，約一小時後，他們分批乘坐直升機，安全抵達赤鱲角政府飛行服務隊基地，均無受傷毋須送院。據了解，他們一行人由赤鱲角出發，詎料中途遇險。

另外，六名男女民安隊員，昨午到大埔八仙嶺郊野公園執行職務時，亦遇上山洪暴發被困，由其他隊員安全救落山，無人受傷。

奪命紅雨襲港，釀成兩死一失蹤悲劇！一個悲傷的復活節下午，狂雷暴雨驟然殺到，天地變色晝夜難分，不少參加戶外活動市民，被殺個措手不及未能走避，飽受風雨蹂躪，其中在港鐵任職中年漢，偕兩名友人往大嶼山行山，途至象山時，他懷疑慘遭轟雷劈死。另有一家四口出海釣魚，舢舨遭惡浪打沉，導致子死父失蹤，兩婆媳死裏逃生獲救。

疑遭雷劈死事主姓方（五十三歲）與妻子育有八歲女兒，同住大嶼山愉景灣。據悉，方生前在港鐵任職車長逾廿年，及後晉升車務主任，負責統籌工作。消息指，昨晨方趁着復活節假期，穿着行山裝束，相約兩名男女友人，前往大嶼山遠足行山。他們由靈隱寺出發，準備經象山前往大澳市中心。

據悉，一行三人沿山徑而行，至中午天氣開始轉壞，天文台在中午十二時四十五分發出雷暴警告。他們見情況惡劣，且雨勢轉大，即急步落山。至昨午二時卅二分，在紅雨信號下，三人抵達象山時，大雨傾瀉而下，雷電交錯。現場消息指，天空閃過一道白光，雷擊隨即劈下，發出轟然巨響。方被發現暈倒地上，部分皮膚發黑，疑遭雷電劈中，同行姓黃（五十五歲）女友人慌忙報警。

多名行山客被困 報警求助

警方及拯救隊冒雨登山救援，政府飛行服務隊派出直升機趕至，方已失去知覺，他在場接受急救後，再由直升機送往屯門醫院搶救，惜延至下午四時卅九分證實不治。

方的家人接獲通知紛趕到醫院，驚聞噩耗傷心痛哭。警方向事主同行友人了解後，相信事件無可疑，案件列作「有人暈倒送院後死亡」處理，死因仍待剖驗。港鐵發言人指，公司對事件感到難過，已聯絡其家人並致以深切慰問，港鐵將提供一切可行協助。

強風暴雨期間，有多名行山客被困。昨午二時十五分，兩名男子報稱在大嶼山狗牙嶺對開被困；約十五分鐘後，七人在粉嶺和合石掃墓期間，遇上惡劣天氣被困求救。至昨午三時許，警方接獲一名女子報案，指她與兩名女友人到衞奕信徑第一段行山，期間遇暴雨，與兩人失聯。警方及消防員分別進行救援，將各人救起，部分人士感不適，治理後毋須送院。

昨一小時錄近三萬次閃電

根據天文台資料，最常見的兩種閃電是「雲對地閃電」和「雲間閃電」。前者是積雨雲和地面之間的放電，對地面的人和設施威脅最大；後者是不同雲區之間放電，閃電通道不會到達地面。據天文台紀錄，在昨午二時至三時期間，本港共錄得七千三百一十八次雲對地閃電，其中大澳位處的大嶼山區錄得一千五百卅七次，同一時段，全港雲間閃電有二萬一千五百廿五次，即兩類閃電有二萬八千八百四十三次。

More than a mountain passenger was trapped

The police and the rescue team took the rain and rescued the mountain. The government flight service team sent a helicopter to arrive. The party had lost consciousness. After receiving the first aid, he was sent to Tuen Mun Hospital for rescue. He was later confirmed to be dead at 4:00 pm. .

疑遭雷擊喪命事主方劍華，五十三歲，與妻及八歲女兒，同住大嶼山愉景灣。消息稱，方趁昨日假期，相約兩男女友人行山，由大澳獅山靈隱寺出發，目的地為大澳市中心。三人早上出發時，天色雖陰暗，但未有下雨，尚可起行，惟至下午一時許，天文台發出黃色暴雨警告，三人已知不妙，趕緊下山，至下午二時半，他們行經大澳象山近山頂位置時，方疑被雷擊中背部，向友人聲稱頭暈後昏迷不醒，五十五歲姓黃的女友人慌忙報警。
警方、救護員及政府飛行服務隊趕赴現場，發現方身體部分焦黑，背部有血痕，即時替他急救，再由直升機送院，初時打算送往東區醫院，惟因天氣異常惡劣，其後改往較近的屯門醫院，惜事主抵院搶救兩小時證實不治，警方相信事件沒有可疑。
消息稱，方在港鐵任職超過二十年，是車務訓練主任。港鐵發言人表示，對事件感到難過，已聯絡死者家屬表達慰問，並會提供適切協助。
香港中文大學物理系高級講師湯兆昇表示，閃電時身處戶外極度危險，特別是空曠位置和樹下，建議市民應盡快逃至室內或車廂內。他補充，坊間傳言的「俯伏」或「臥下」是錯誤觀念，若雷電擊中人的四周，反讓地面的電流更容易流入身體。
湯指出，若有人在戶外因雷擊昏迷，同行者應立即急救。他強調，電流只是剎那通過身體，不會停留體內，也不會傳導他人，若傷者呼吸或心跳停頓，同行者應第一時間為其進行心肺復甦法，以增加救活機會。
根據天文台資料顯示，由昨午二時的一句鐘內，大澳位處的大嶼山錄得一千五百三十七次雲對地閃電。本港過往也曾發生雷擊奪命事件，去年七月，十八歲姓盧準大學生，與五名友人到馬鞍山麥理浩徑行山，至黃雨及雷暴警告生效，途經彎曲山時被雷擊中頭部慘死。

消息稱，天文台已預告近日天氣不穩定，何氏一家四口昨晨仍駕船出發，前往東龍島對開海面釣魚，至下午二時四十分，天文台已發出今年首個紅色暴雨警告，白天一瞬間變漆黑，風雲變色，海面颳起湧浪，他們把機動舢舨駛近東龍島南塘尾近碼頭位置，並繼續釣魚。
至下午四時許再捲起風浪，船身左搖右擺，兩婆媳立即穿起救生衣，而兩父子未及穿上，其間一個巨浪湧至，將舢舨推翻，一家四口同告墮海，穿有救生衣的兩婆媳隨海浪漂浮，而父子在巨浪下在水中掙扎，並嗆下不少海水，未幾更顯得體力不支。
岸邊有人目擊，報案求助，水警輪聞報迅即趕至，先將兩婆媳救起，其後再發現何子，惟已陷昏迷，將他救上水警輪，何父則沒頂失蹤，當時婆媳仍清醒，水警輪將三人送往港島，再轉送東區醫院搶救其中兩婆媳並無大礙，情況穩定，但何子延至傍晚六時許不治。
由於何父失蹤，多艘水警輪、消防船和海事處船隻在東龍島一帶海面搜索，政府飛行服務隊直升機在上空旋盤協助搜尋，至晚上仍無消息，料凶多吉少，獲救婆媳得知何子死訊，傷心落淚，部分親友聞訊亦趕至醫院協助。
死者何穎康去年十一月才結婚，生前在facebook網頁貼出多張與妻子甜蜜婚紗照及生活照，又上載兩人的定情婚戒照片，令人羨慕。夫婦未有小孩，何很喜歡釣魚和旅行，放假時兩口子常往郊遊，感情要好。
據死者的鄰居表示，夫婦剛搬來不久，對他們認識不深，但兩人頗有禮貌，與鄰里相處融洽；大廈看更對何遭逢不測更感可惜。
此外，下午二時五十分，東龍島一對男女在一處魚排釣魚期間，被大浪捲往海中，他們掙扎一番，拚命游近魚排，拉住魚排邊及大聲呼救，驚動其他人協助救起，警方到場時兩人已無大礙。
據熟悉西貢一帶水上活動人士稱，東龍島一帶海面，平日看似不覺有大風浪，但一旦翻起狂風，海面湧浪十分驚人，有市民忽視小船抵不住風浪的風險，而出事的舢舨不宜在天氣不穩下作海上活動。
