The webmaster must be an Ah Neh.

If a large number of people are trying to access at the same time, you add another server. It can be done in 48 hours. With cloud hosting, it's even easier. Just add more "droplets".

Notice that before all those Indian programmers came into Singapore, no such thing as government website kenna hack, downtime was also unheard of. After floodgates opened, suddenly Istana website kenna hack, ST website kenna defaced, CPF website down, even SMRT train signalling system also compromised. Very high degree of correlation between hiring overseas programmers and deteriorating quality of IT infrastructure. Singapore is an IT hub my stepmom's arse!

Are you sure it is not their 'illustrious cousin' Pinoy?....still imprinted in my memory of what I saw in a well known MNC Bank, years ago..." how many pinoys, do you need to update, computer terminals OS software running Windows professional" - 3, one carry the diskettes, the other 2 as "witness"...or check the manual...:D

The webmaster must be the Ah neh cousin's...or maybe one, overeducated Singaporean....full of qualification but come to practice...almost zero!

Don't expect foreign Nehs to be diligent.
