Anyone stayed up late to watch this incredible show.

Until the starting gun, he was dancing in beat to the. Proclaimers with the stadium crowd, ran his usual incredible race and then went on to entertain kids, mums and dad, selfies, authographs, high fives etc. the Glasgow crowd was very lucky.

We are lucky to have him in our lifetime.

I hate doing it myself. Boring like hell as especially the training which is highly repetitious. But love watching the best athletes compete. They are best of the human race.
