highly doubt rsaf has a spec op rescue wing. there used to be a usaf rescue wing at moffett field. now moffett field is leased to google for exec flights in and out of mountain view. they have over 40 private jets for corporate use. the other half of moffett including the aerodrome is used by sergey brin for his sexperimental dirigibles or airships.
