very important for sg to secure "husbandry" services, a.k.a. mostly shit-clearing of u.s. naval ships in the pacific theater as u.s. navy ships have strict rules in preventing waste disposal in open waters (they hold shit and waste until they reach port). it's a dirty and thankless job, but whoever secures the contract can rake in a lot of money and shit.
