The bank should be applauded. In the future - all banks should unanimously refuse to cash such cheques. A simple information sharing system can be easily set up where bank share information on such cases (lawsuits, for example), and then refuse to cash any cheque payouts awarded to the so-called "aggrieved party".

I am not referring to their skin color ... it their intellectual mentality. Blacks in America struggles to be recognize, so does m&d in Singapore. Because of their lower mental capacity, they have no chance. On the other hand, the Whites in South Africa or the Chinese in Malaysia thrives... you see the pattern.
