駐南韓美軍今天首次對北韓「火星-15」導彈，作出能打擊美國本土的正式評估。
駐韓美軍司令部今天發佈「駐韓美軍2019戰略概要」指出，北韓在2017年11月試射的「火星-15」導彈，所有美國本土都在射程範圍內。
韓聯社今天報導，北韓擁有射程5500公里的火星-13型導彈、射程10058公里的火星-14型，以及射程12874公里的火星-15型三種洲際導彈。
戰略概要指出，北韓去年沒有進行類似於2016年至2017年的連續射彈挑釁，這值得歡迎，但美韓同盟仍然面臨北韓的直接威脅，這一局面沒有得到根本性改變。
駐韓美軍認為，北韓所發射的火星-14型導彈，可以到達美國本土大多數地區，而火星-15型導彈，可以打擊美國本土所有的地方。駐韓美軍本年度的「戰略概要」還列出北韓各式中近程彈道導彈的推測射程和名稱，分別是最遠射程729公里的「飛毛腿-B/C/ER」彈道導彈、射程997公里以上的「北極星-2」，以及射程1287公里的「蘆洞」等準中程彈道導彈、射程3218公里的「火星-10」和2896公里以上的「火星-12」等中程彈道導彈。

US Army in South Korea: North Korea's "Mars 15" missile coverage covers the United States
For the first time today, the US military stationed in South Korea has made a formal assessment of the North Korean "Mars-15" missile that can strike the United States.
The US Army Command in South Korea today released the "2019 Strategic Summary of the US Army in Korea", stating that North Korea's "Mars-15" missiles tested in November 2017 are all within the range of the United States.
The Yonhap News Agency reported today that North Korea has a Mars-13 missile with a range of 5,500 kilometers, a Mars-14 with a range of 1,058 kilometers, and three types of intercontinental missiles with a range of 1,874 kilometers.
The strategy outline pointed out that North Korea did not carry out continuous projectile provocations similar to 2016-2017 last year. This is welcome, but the US-South Korea alliance still faces the direct threat of North Korea, and this situation has not been fundamentally changed.
The US military stationed in South Korea believes that the Mars-14 missile launched by North Korea can reach most parts of the United States, while the Mars-15 missile can hit all parts of the United States. The "Strategic Summary" of the US military in South Korea this year also lists the estimated range and name of various medium-range and short-range ballistic missiles in North Korea. They are the "Squirrel-B/C/ER" ballistic missile with a maximum range of 729 kilometers and a range of more than 997 kilometers. "North Star-2" and medium-range ballistic missiles such as "Ludong" with a range of 1,287 kilometers, "Mars-10" with a range of 3,218 kilometers and "Mars-12" with a range of more than 2,896 kilometers.
The 2019 strategic outline of the US military in South Korea also pointed out that although North Korean leader Kim Jong-un has instructed the abandoned missile test site and dismantled the well-known Fengxili nuclear test site, there are still many issues to be resolved in order to achieve the ultimate goal of complete denuclearization.
