Mediation efforts by Qatar, Egypt, the United Kingdom, and the United States outlined six specific conditions for achieving a peace deal to bring an end.
On March 22, 2026, the Trump administration's "Price for Peace" initiative. Refer Axios for the six specific conditions.
Immediately after failed meeting, Iran carried out the 75th wave targeting Prince Sultan Air Base (PSAB) in Saudi Arabia. Field damaged reports as follow:
At least five U.S. Air Force KC-135 Stratotanker aerial refueling planes were struck and damaged
Imagery has confirmed multiple large craters on runways and taxiways
A THAAD air-defense radar system at the base was neutralized
Damaged to personnel and quarter

If Iran was smart, they would have sought out a peace treaty with Israel and USA for the last hundred years instead of stupidly (and loudly) chanting "Death to Israel! Death to America!" as their official slogan. If Israel didn't have good reason to feel threatened by all the Islamic terrorists (Iran, Hamas, Hezbollah, Houthis) always loudly (and stupidly) threatening to wipe Israel from the map, Israel wouldn't have to (out of self defence) militarily take action against any of them.

With both sides being stupidly obstinate (it's not strength, it's stupidity) about completely wiping out the other side, both sides are therefore heading towards mutual destruction. But with Israel's military superiority combined with the World #1 Military USA's staunch support, the Islamic terrorists Iran et al will always be on the bigger losing side. That's just how it is, no matter how you feel about it.

The war was started by Israel and US. Hence the onus is also on Israel and US to end the war, not put ridiculous conditions on Iran. Declare a ceasefire immediately, then sit down and hammer out a peace treaty.
