Dumbfuck PAPzi links unrelated concepts. Sinkieland already has plenty of corruption even though it is a one party dictatorial state. Same goes for Mainland China. Corruption and coalition governments are two separate and distinct concepts. A coalition government does not necessarily lead to corruption just as a one party dictatorial state can be very corrupt like Mainland China and very soon Sinkieland if we are not careful.

By the way, being small and surrounded by enemies also does not prevent a state from being successfully governed by coalition governments. Just look at Israel, governed by coalition governments since its inception in 1948. From Wikipedia:
