These petrol/bank guys want to give offer but cover their backside with all sorts of "terms" and card variations which make it difficult for work out. So, nothing done.
SPC's sparse distribution is not helpful - most drivers believe they should be using the same brand all the time.

UOB seems to be going backwards.
1. Many other Visa Signature cards offer access to Airport Lounge (2 free visits) but UOB does not.
2. UOB is probably one of the few cards that do not offer paperless statements
3. Losing the Shell deal is another nail in its coffin
UOB must have lost some of their staff that used to make them one of the most popular Visa cards in Singapore with numerous promotions, benefits etc. I guess some of these staff must have been poached away hence the drop in standards.
