Teacher masturbates in front two female students

TAIPEI, TAIWAN - A teacher of an unidentified vocational high school in Pingtung County was found masturbating in the presence of two female students at the school's counseling office last month, local media reported yesterday.
The man teaching night courses at the school did the obscene act while the students requested to help him record the grades for tests were sitting across him at the office. He was caught on tape by the students with their cell phones.
The teacher, 58, filed for retirement after the scandal was reported to the school by one of the students' parent, but the Minister of Education (MOE) suspended his application, local reporters said.
The MOE said they cannot decide whether to approve the application until authorities' investigation into the case is completed.
The school has decided to suspend the teacher's contract and to give him a major demerit.
