Taiwanese political discussion show talked about Sinkiesland and a woman said, "新加坡的 or lor mee 福州卤面好好吃 or."

莆田卤面 Putian lor mee is white while 漳州卤面 (Hokkien) and 福州卤面 Fuzhou ones are black.
 
Poached Egg

The breakfast soft boil egg is quite a Singapore(& Malaysia?) thing. Made popular by the hainanese who learnt it from the colonial masters. It not so common in Hong Kong.
