I've already made my small pile thanks to the PAP. If Singapore had more mountain bike trails, I would be there in a flash. It's such a vibrant city.

I know many Singaporeans families here with children who are now back in Singapore working. If I was young, restless and ambitious, Singapore would be my choice destination too.

Cars are expensive because ownership has to be discouraged given Singapore's lack of space.

Public housing is very cheap considering what you get for your money.
