【on.cc東網專訊】黃竹坑一條水管爆裂，射出水柱。下午2時許，南朗山道及惠福道交界一個路邊工程地盤內，一條地底水管突然爆裂，更射出約15米水柱，猶如大噴泉，遠處亦能清楚見到，警方接報到場，並通知水務署派員關水掣，期間一段南朗山道一度暫封，其後已重開，未有對交通造成大影響。
