Unemployed woman charged with $175 theft

An unemplyed woman was charged in court on Thursday of stealing $175 from a retiree.
Goh Kim Hong, 60, allegedly stole the money from Mr Ho Choon Beng, 78, at a block of flats in Bedok North Street 3 on Oct 26 last year.
Believed to be involved in similar cases, Goh was remanded at Bedok police division for a week for investigation.
Her case will be mentioned on Jan 19.
