Territorial Sovereignty: Each of the three nations has absolute sovereignty over its own portion of the waterway's territorial sea. Iran claims huge areas of the strait in some areas, while United Arab Emirates and Oman cover the remainder.


So STFU if Iran wants it tolled, then pay up. If it want it shut, then use the waterways not under Iran territory. If possible.
