职员：蛇正在往大厦移动，还是往反方向移动？
公众：正往大厦的楼梯移动。

职员：现在蛇在哪里？
公众：我不知道，我太害怕，所以跑掉了。

职员：我需要知道蛇在哪里，才能转到正确的部门手中。
公众：可是我已经跑掉了。

职员：好的，先生，我会处理。 职员放下电话后，拨电叫人抓蛇。一直在听着对话的实习生不禁问那名职员，为何需要问这么多问题？

那名职员告诉实习生：“根据蛇所在的地点，由不同的政府机构负责。如果在公园，可能是国家公园局。如果是在水沟，则是公用事业局。如果是濒危动物，就是农粮兽医局。危险的话，我们还可能得报警！”

实习生问：“那你最后找谁来处理呢？” 那名职员说：“关爱动物研究教育协会（ACRES），因为那不是政府机构！” -
