Proper shit management is one of the most important aspects towards better health and a happier life.
Proper shit management is appropriate eating - you are what you eat. You have to, through some trial and error find out what works for you.
For me, the best is going natural, but not organic. That means I eat food in its closest natural form as possible, directly with necessary cooking, vegetables, fruits, meats, fish, etc. Not processed food such as canned food, food coming out of a carton, etc.
There are many ways to ensure that shit is produced every day, best every morning, before going to work:
a Take fruit/vegetable juices - direct juicing, with or without fibre;
b Take potato juice every day (although some people cannot take the taste);
c Of course, have more fruits or vegetables in the diet;
d Last of all, take yoghurt or yakult every day;
The longer shit stays in the body, the worse it is as the water is being absorbed by the large intestines. The shit will come out hard. The longer the shit stays in the body, the more the toxins in the shit will harm the body. Best is shit that comes out naturally, smoothly, slightly soft (not watery), without need to sit for more than 5 minutes at the toilet.
Finally, listen to your body. If need to shit, go and shit, even two, three times a day until the body finds a balance. It takes time to work out a suitable diet and a balance.
Again, the best shit is shit that stays the least time in the body and comes out smoothly every morning....then one can relax and go do whatever other business needed without being troubled by the question of shit in the body.
