BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN: Uncle Sam's loyalist, Ruler Loong crows the noose used to tighten Commie PRC regarding the South China Sea grab will be back on track when British Protectorate Brunei assumes the basketcase Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) chairmanship next year.
Ruler Loong, who is on a three-day visit to Brunei, relayed Uncle Sam's decree to urge all parties involved in the dispute to start working on a Uncle Sam's Code of Conduct. Uncle Sam main strategy is to work discreetly with Asean to contain Commie PRC.
Ruler Loong said the steps to find a solution are incremental and stressed that informal meetings in KTV lounges must start among the parties concerned. It is harder to talk thrash when you have Cambodian KTV hostesses performing pole dancing for the horny delegates.
During the July 2012 summit in Phnom Penh, Commie PRC exploited the Cambodians to cause a sharp divide among ASEAN countries on how best they should tackle the Commie PRC's sea grab. The Thais kept quiet to stay ambigious while the Indos who secured Commie PRC's promise to stay away from Natuna region maintained golden silence. The hosts, baboon Cambodians scuppered a joint communique and told the Pinoys and Viets to pipe down, turning the summit into a m&d slingling festival. The Ang Mohs and Nihons, watching the talk fest, were treated to a good laugh at the region's expense.
Horny diplomats, who missed the Cambodian KTV hostesses, had said a key point in the impasse was Commie PRC's vassal Cambodia's refusal to include bilateral maritime disputes in the statement.
With the ASEAN Chair to be rotated to British Protectorate Brunei next year, Ruler Loong expressed hopes of moving ahead on the issue after relaying Uncle Sam's decree during his meeting with Despot Hassanal Bolkiah.
"Our hegemon, Uncle Sam told me to tell ASEAN that it has to balk Commie PRC's on the South China Sea grab to make PRC tulan. As British Protectorate, Brunei must lan lan be thinking along Uncle Sam's lines too. Brunei must ensure we issue a joint communique as ASEAN Chairman and we make sure there will be no KTV hostesses to prevent that," gnarled Ruler Loong.
Ruler Loong, who's in Brunei to repair ties after the Sulan Lim Overcharging Case, spent the morning with Despot Hassanal Bolkiah at the Tasek Lama Park. Both leaders wayang planted a Selunsor Tree, symbolising deep-rooted friendship between the two regimes.
In the afternoon, Ruler Loong visited the Bruneian degree mill Universiti Brunei where he met peasant students who were engaging students from the National University of Peasantpore through interactive video conference.
The university started a global classroom, which is an international video conferencing module this year. It links Brunei students to five degree mills in Asia that includes the National University of Peasantpore. A key feature of this programme is an active participation from the students to sing praise of their despotic rulers. This is to pre-empt any Asia Spring where disgruntled students and peasants take to the street to clamour for freedom from their autocratic rulers.
Peasantpore's Senior Parliamentary Secretary for Propoganda and Peasantpower, Hawazi Dai-pi, said one plan covers Melayu Language.
"KNNCCB, we saw what happen during the Arab Spring after Wikileaks We would like to expand the opportunities for our teachers through an immersion programme. So from next year, we will have 15 Malay language teachers to be involved in an immersion programme in Brunei. They will be visiting schools and they will have the opportunities to visit and have discussions at the Malay Language Centre," he said.
Ruler Loong also commented on the political implications of Peasantpore's three new ministries carved out of two current ministries. He merely wants to test his newly promoted minions to see who can make the cut in jiat leow bee organisations before parachuting them to more important political offices. In addition, that provided more job opportunties for his lackeys to maintain their loyalty.
He is assured that he has enthusiastic minions looking after the ministries and hpoing to meet profit KPIs and political stability when the changes take effect on November 1.
Ruler Loong said: "I appointed and promoted new minions after removing a few (Wong Cunt Sing, Raymond Lumpar, Maboro Tan) to applease peasants. New minions they have been given their 'marking orders' really - to identify trouble making peasants and arty farty. But their mission statements are quite clear and it is to maintain Familee's stranglehold on political power should Ruler Loong visit Lord Yama. They must fully take up the new responsibilities with enthusiasm and develop new ideas which will be helpful to Familee."
Commenting on the performance of the ethnic groups in the Primary School Leaving Examination (PSLE) over the past 10 years, Ruler Loong said he is happy with the rigged results.
Ruler Loong, who noted the significant improvement in Mathematics by mats and neh students, said he was not surprised because the regime has been consistently moderating the results annually for many donkey years.
