There’s this shop at Bedok Central. I’ve ever trim my hair there for $1. Obviously that’s the tactic to hard sell you into all kinds of rubbish services. Of course it’s futile with me. They’ve changed the name of the shop 3 times over the last 10 years including change of facade. Like second hand car dealer.
