Thailand's dance with cannabis had proven that just a few drops of such even to a Kangkong/Spinach dish can either get one addicted or have hallucinatory and even health harmful side effects....


IN THE END, it is about MODERATION.

Pap themselves messed up by banning. If the chose regulation and sold only nicotine ones to adults. Then there will be no black market ones then start lacing with funny stuffs. If regulated adults that wanna stop smoking will buy legal and black market cannot profits selling to a few kids. They will not smuggle anymore.
