Instead of solving the main problem of drainage due to heavy rain and flood, measures like erecting railings to prevent residents from dropping into drains were implemented. !!:o
What the hell is happening? For God's sake, can the relevant authorities use their brain for once?
5 to 10 years ago, there is no such happening !!
Now, I have to put up with frogs coming into my house to escape the flood !!:o:o
