The problem is it thrives on the cheapness of Sinkies to eat out and not cook at home. Steak is the most brain dead AMDL jiak to cook. Pappies like to celebrate such FnB stories, but dun know how to support our innovative SMCs to succeed. For example in early days of Ipad, SAF was supposed to buy a mil grade Android IPad from a Sinkie startup. Heard that even LHY had shares in it. They never got the contract. A fren went for interview with this company.
