Wesley Warren Jr. has a huge problem.

The Las Vegas Review-Journal reports that the Sin City man is asking for donations to help him afford a $1 million surgery to remove 100 pounds of tissue from his scrotum. Doctors are puzzled by what may have caused the rare condition known as scrotal elephantiasis, which typically develops in people living in the tropical sectors of Africa and Asia, according to the Las Vegas Review-Journal.

COMPASSIONATE Sun readers have rallied to support a man blighted with SEVEN STONE testicles.

Messages of help have flooded in for American Wesley Warren Jr who is suffering with an enormous growth on his scrotum.

The 47-year-old needs $1million for a life-changing operation to have the embarrassing deformity removed.

Wesley's medical insurance would not cover the surgery bills so he was forced to go on the radio show of US shock jock Howard Stern to beg for help.

His extraordinary tale touched our readers – some of whom have said they would like to help.

After his plight was revealed on Tuesday reader Britain4ever said: "Poor guy, you would think that someone who had enough money to help him out. A million dollars to some people is like 2p on the street."

While Mikkasmitta commented: "Jesus Christ, I'll stick a quid in if 999,999 others do. As a man I just can't bare to think of how horrible his life is with that dangling off of him!"

Wesley, from Las Vegas, believes he was struck down by the embarrassing deformity when he squashed his privates while asleep in 2008 which led them to start swelling.

Doctors told him he was suffering from scrotal lymphedema — a condition that has made his lymph nodes in his scrotum swell up with watery fluid.

But Brave Wesley has refused to let his unfortunate condition get him down, according to the Las Vegas Review-Journal.

He said: "I don't like being a freak, who would?"

"I really would like to have a relationship with a woman. I should be in the prime of my life right now."

"I want to have real friends. But I'm not suicidal. I'm too strong for that."

His testicles have grown so large that he cannot wear jeans or trousers anymore and lives on a diet of antibiotics and medications.

Instead Wesley, from Las Vegas, US, has to wear a hoodie - placing his legs in the arms and using the hood to support the growth.

Surgeons said Wesley - who is 6ft tall and weighed 21stone before the growth took hold - would need a seven-figure operation to correct the problem.

Wesley Warren Jr., a 47-year-old man from Southern Nevada, has one of the biggest medical problems ever. Warren suffers from a condition called scrotal lymphedema, which has swollen his scrotum to a 100-pound discomfort.

It has become so painful for Warren, that he must rest his scrotum on a pillow and milk crate. Doctors have told Warren that to have a corrective procedure it will cost him about $1 million.

As Reported By The Las Vegas Journal:

"It's not easy to get around," he said, standing and groaning as he lifted his scrotum off its makeshift pedestal and carefully let it hang almost to the floor. "It makes me stay in most of the time."

If there is a more unusual medical condition afflicting someone from Southern Nevada, the medical community or patient hasn't come forward with it. Warren has gone public, even though he knows there will be those who laugh at him, because he desperately wants a costly surgery to correct the scrotal elephantiasis that became part of his life nearly three years ago.

Daily bouts of depression -- "I want to have real friends and a relationship with a woman" -- throw him into the depths of despair. "But I'm not suicidal. I'm too strong for that."

Hopefully a wealthy donor will come out and help Warren, it can't be an easy life for him.
