新华网北京6月18日电（记者 徐倩）应朝鲜劳动党委员长、国务委员会委员长金正恩邀请，中共中央总书记、国家主席习近平将于6月20日至21日对朝鲜进行国事访问。
这是中国党和国家最高领导人时隔14年再次访问朝鲜，也是党的十八大以来习近平总书记首次访问朝鲜。
此访正值中朝建交70周年之际，对两国关系具有承上启下、继往开来的重要意义。中国国际问题研究院亚太研究所研究员杨希雨近日在接受新华网采访时认为，今年，中朝关系正处在承前启后的关键时期，无论是中国还是朝鲜都进入了新时代，两国在各领域加强交流与合作，对双边关系的有力提升和两国自身的进一步发展，都将起到承前启后的重要作用。
外交学院副院长王帆在接受采访时认为，习近平总书记此访选择在中朝建交70周年之际，有缅怀历史、展望未来的深刻意义，必将促进两国关系的提升和发展，也将为两国合作带来新的增长点。中国将与朝鲜分享改革开放、治国理政的经历和经验，与朝鲜进行更多更深入的交流，希望朝鲜能找到适合自身特点的发展之路。
此访对朝鲜半岛局势具有重大而深远的影响。杨希雨认为，从去年以来，朝鲜半岛局势出现了一定程度的积极对话势头，也达成了一些有益成果。但朝鲜半岛问题经历了半个多世纪，错综复杂。当前，朝鲜半岛局势正处于十字路口，不确定性增多，全世界都在密切关注。中朝双方领导人在此时会晤，对朝鲜半岛局势将产生重大而深远的积极影响。
杨希雨表示，朝鲜半岛局势虽较复杂，但归根结底或许就两个字：“核”与“和”。去年以来，中朝两国领导人先后进行了4次会晤，就朝鲜半岛无核化、半岛永久和平体制两大问题达成重要共识。此访将进一步巩固和深化两国领导人此前会晤成果，为两国未来深化合作凝聚新的共识，为积极有效推动半岛无核化、建立半岛和平体制注入新的动力。
长期以来，中国在维护朝鲜半岛和平稳定、维护半岛无核化进程上，始终发挥了建设性的不可替代的积极作用。杨希雨说，中国在朝鲜半岛无核化问题上，始终坚持两条原则：一是，朝鲜半岛无核化是整个朝鲜半岛的无核化，不是朝鲜半岛某一部分的无核化；二是，在解决朝鲜半岛无核化的同时，必须解决半岛的和平稳定问题，因为“核问题”和“和平问题”是一枚硬币的两面，是不可分割的。基于这两条原则，中国在半岛无核化问题上，始终发挥着3个作用：中国一直是半岛问题和平对话的外交斡旋者，是关键时刻、关键问题、重要建议的倡导者和推动者，是坚持和平对话、反对战争的和平守护者。

This is the first time that the Chinese party and the country’s top leaders have visited the DPRK after 14 years. It is also the first time that General Secretary Xi Jinping has visited the DPRK since the 18th National Party Congress.
This visit is on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and the DPRK. It is of great significance to the relationship between the two countries and the future. Yang Xiyu, a researcher at the Institute of Asia-Pacific Studies of the China Institute of International Studies, recently said in an interview with Xinhuanet that this year, China-DPRK relations are at a crucial stage of inheriting the past and the future. Both China and North Korea have entered a new era, and the two countries have strengthened exchanges in various fields. Cooperation with the government, the strengthening of bilateral relations and the further development of the two countries themselves will play an important role in the past and the future.

Yang Xiyu said that although the situation on the Korean Peninsula is more complicated, in the final analysis, there may be two words: "nuclear" and "harmony." Since last year, the leaders of China and the DPRK have held four meetings and reached important consensus on the two issues of the denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula and the permanent peace system on the peninsula. This visit will further consolidate and deepen the results of the previous meetings between the leaders of the two countries, build a new consensus for the future deepening cooperation between the two countries, and inject new impetus into the active and effective promotion of the denuclearization of the peninsula and the establishment of a peaceful system on the peninsula.
For a long time, China has always played a constructive and irreplaceable positive role in maintaining peace and stability on the Korean Peninsula and safeguarding the denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula. Yang Xiyu said that China has always adhered to two principles on the denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula: First, the denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula is the denuclearization of the entire Korean Peninsula, not the denuclearization of a certain part of the Korean Peninsula; While solving the denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula, we must resolve the issue of peace and stability on the peninsula because the "nuclear issue" and the "peace issue" are two sides of a coin and are inseparable. Based on these two principles, China has always played three roles in the denuclearization of the peninsula: China has always been a diplomatic mediator of peace talks on the peninsula, and is an advocate and promoter of key moments, key issues, and important recommendations. It is a peace guardian who adheres to peaceful dialogue and opposes war.
