Nope. He sends India into china/ russia orbit. And probably cancellation of boeing jets.
Bombardier C series plane of Canada was hit with tariffs when it got its first big order from the US causing the company to nearly collapse. And trudeau was a dump leader who did not assist bombardier in its early stages. Causing airbus to take over for just pennies.
Otherwise we could have another a320/ b737 competitor by now.

1. The issue with Indians is that they talk TOO much, but little action. It's an acknowledged joke on why they do so - because the lingo 'full stop' is not in their mouth or mind, but pasted as a dot on their forehead...
On actual ground, one can find such realities from Indians, and it borders upon FILLABUSTING...an attempt to talk non-stop, throwing every nonsensical terms and unrelated issues/materials, etc, to DROWN out any sensible response by others, to confuse, to befog, to baffle, etc others in submission...., worse still, in a pidgin Queen's lingo but tampered by cultural Indian twists of tongues that they take pride in as being English educated, but mystifies others on what they are actually talking in their sing-song way of speech....
The Indian Foreign Ministry officers and professors finally met their match - PrezTrump- who is a straight talker, the way American culture and civilization of 200yrs had been, whom will NOT hesitate to cut any BS in a conversation...
Perhaps,,, much had been lost in translation?.....
2.Another issue is that Indian Elites RULES the supposed largest Democracy. in a way. It had been a way of life since Seleucus, the great general of Alexander, who was left to rule conquered Indian, brought along the Greek form of governance and even religion - Hellenistic style as evident by the numerous deities that Indians worshipped even today....
As such, Indians, although supposed to be a democracy, have LITTLE institutions to UPLIFT Indian lives, evident even today that only saw that the rich gets richer, and the poor gets poorer every day, with the Indian Elites profiting from the sweaty backs of lowly educated and naive Indians.
Worse still, any Indian peasant who had shown promise in intellect and performance, are inducted and corrupted to serve the Indian Elites - politicians, biz leaders and to some extend in India - the Military....
Thus it is no surprise that the many more deprived of opportunities in life Indian citizens resort to cheating, even in exams, scams, and many more socially deploring criminal activities to attain some semblance of life that was intended for all Humankind......
3. With the help from PrezTrumps tariffs, may Indian society as a whole, REFLECT on themselves and what their ruling Indian Elites are doing to Indian Civilization.....
