Sachs can see what's going on, can see reality but Mearsheimer is so blinkered, has such a closed mind, and so fearful of the chinaman. For a highly educated man, he sure is dumb. But it's good to see him admit here that China has the upper hand.

Yes, he wants the US to remain as the sole global hegemon despite its declining influence, and sees it as a right/a duty for them to fight off any challenges. He's pro anarchy and pro-war.
