Trump has reportedly instructed aides to prepare for an extended blockade of Iran, the Wall Street Journal reported on Tuesday citing US officials.
The call to do so comes amid a lack of diplomatic breakthrough in the conflict with Iran and inability to reach common grounds with regards to Iran’s nuclear future.
As the ceasefire delay longer, both side get to well prepare themselves to the maximum, the fight get more intensify trying to get each to kneel down first
He typically avoids signaling a surprise attack in advance. However, by broadcasting his intentions to the press, he keeps the Iranians preoccupied with guesstimation. This tactic is designed to make them lower their guard, potentially clearing the way for the US and Israel to launch a genuine sudden attack.

Want to know why? This bastard knows that Iran's oil storage capacity is near to full. If this blockage will continue for another month, Iran will surely have to give way and kowtow to this bastard. Otherwise, Iran will likely have to shut their oil production and risk potential permanent damage to their oil wells.

It's all about disrupting the oil supply to China. That's the whole idea.

After Iran has been dealt with, watch how Russia backstabs China by turning off its supply of oil. :sneaky:

Everything is going according to plan.

Back to the pre-WTO days China's economy goes. Play punk? Back to Mao's era China's economy will go. :sneaky:

By the way, what's the actual population number in China now? How many Tiongs died during the Covid lockdown years? All your economic projections and agreements are based on that mythical 1.3 or 1.4 billion population figure. Would be a shame if someone exposes the truth. :whistling:

China has a large install base of Hydro Power stations / Solar Plant / Wind mill

They are in progress of “electrifying” their economy that will reduce the oil consumption

As of early 2026, renewable energy in China represents over 50% of total installed power capacity and roughly 35% of electricity generation, driven by massive growth in wind and solar. While clean power, including nuclear, increasingly meets energy demand growth, fossil fuels remain a significant portion of total primary energy consumption, even as Renewable energy in Chinacontinues to expand.

Key Findings on China's Energy Transition:
  • Installed Capacity vs. Generation: By the end of 2023, renewable energy, including wind, solar, and hydro, accounted for over 50% of China's total installed power capacity. However, the actual generation of renewable electricity is lower, at around 35% of total generation, due to lower utilization hours compared to thermal plants.
  • Rapid Growth in Wind and Solar: Wind and solar power have seen exponential growth, with their combined capacity exceeding 1,760 GW by November 2025, a 34% year-over-year increase. In the first two months of 2026, wind and solar generated nearly 23% of total electricity consumption.
  • Impact on Total Consumption: While renewables are dominating new capacity, they are competing with high total energy demand. According to Green Enesys, the 32% share of electricity generation is a massive volume, but renewable energy makes up a smaller, though fast-growing, proportion of total primary energy (fuel, heating, transport) than just electricity.
  • Future Outlook: According to the S&P Global, China's power consumption is expected to exceed 10 trillion kWh in 2026. The government aims to have renewable energy play a dominant role in this growing consumption to meet carbon targets.

China is rapidly pivoting toward clean energy, with renewable and nuclear sources constituting over 50% of installed electricity capacity in 2024 and 88% of new capacity. Despite this, coal still dominates, providing roughly 60% of total generation. Solar and wind now account for 8% each of total generation.

Key Energy Comparison (2024-2025 Data)
  • Total Capacity: Renewables now make up over 50% of total installed power capacity.
  • Electricity Generation: Coal (59-64%) still dominates, followed by rapid growth in renewables.
  • Nuclear Power: Plays a growing role with over 55 operating reactors, accounting for 5% of electricity production.
  • Transition Pace: 84% of new electricity demand in 2024 was met by clean energy.

Renewable & Nuclear Trends
  • Solar/Wind: Solar capacity grew 45% (887 GW), and wind 18% (521 GW) in 2024.
  • Nuclear Growth: Nuclear energy consumption continues to rise, marking over 25 years of consistent growth.
  • Investment: China leads in global clean energy investment, accounting for 31% of the global total.

Future Targets (2030-2060)
  • 2030 Goal: Target to peak CO2 emissions, with over 1,200 GW of installed wind/solar.
  • 2060 Goal: Aim to reduce fossil fuel share from 86% currently to 26%.

You are right.

@laksaboy must have not been to China for a very long time and is totally unaware or ignorant of China's progress. He is so much behind time (behind the curve) with regards to his knowledge of the present China. For a start to improve his knowledge deficiencies, maybe he should first take a look at this video. Even the Ford CEO had to admit that BYD's quality and technologies are superior (video timeline: 2:30) :

I'd just been with my wife to Hainan island in late January 2026 and ZhangJiaJie in mid April 2026 and I saw the tremendous improvements since my last visit a few years ago. Even their public toilets had improved tremendously, with some having online LCD panel at the top of each urinal (which to my opinion is an overkill), not to mention most are even cleaner than Sinkie's HDB coffee shops' toilets.

And everywhere you go, every merchants are using online payments, even street hawkers on mobile trucks or 3-wheeler motorcycles. They claim that this form of payment is indeed the safest because there are transaction records and will eliminate any frauds deliberately created by the merchants to claim for unpaid goods.

Intending to go to Xiamen in September 2026.

A blockade/ siege is a act of war . Iran has the right to blast it out of existence.
