Scott Bessent warned that if the talks between the US and Russia fail to yield positive outcomes, the US could increase secondary tariffs on India. He noted, "If the situation doesn't improve, we may see increased sanctions or secondary tariffs. It appears that India is letting the US to release down its temper."
