The body of the 52‑year‑old man at Block 208 Choa Chu Kang Central was discovered around 6:45 AM by residents who noticed him lying motionless at the foot of the block. Police and SCDF paramedics were alerted soon after, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.

Understanding this situation, old-age Singaporeans return to their ethnic countries. But people who are isolated in their own country and ethnic country continue to live in Singapore and their lives end in an isolated death. There is no exception for them and they are established as new PR citizens.
