LKY needs aircon at constant 19 degrees everywhere.
On other hand telling you to go green and set your thermostat at 25 degrees.

I can think of a few reasons on his 1.7K utility bill every month..
Maybe LKY has a machine at home that can have the ability to prolong his life..
Some local scientists could have created that special machine just for the Old Man.. LKY then needs to use the machine few times a day to recharge his energy.. Thats why the Old bugger still in the pink of health..
Another reason could be switching on the aircon the whole day in his house.. Old Man once mentioned that he cannot tahan the hot weather in Spore.. He once hailed the air conditioner as one of man kind's greatest inventions..
Old Man could also be on his PC 24 hrs a day reading on comments about him in the cycber space.. Other than reading about anti PAP comments in the cyber spave, he could also be hooked on free porns in the Internet..
These are some of the reasons why his utility bill is very high every month..

That's right. Same goes for his car. When he masuk kreta, better be at 19 degrees otherwise kena fucked. His SOs kena before. Turned on car aircon too late. Luckily for them, KGC cooled Harry down, verbally.
