If they're good then can possibly go for second development.

Indeed this is the first luxury project for MB, the design of their building is nothing fancy to me, materials and spec wise is still consider ok but somehow they managed to get Capri by Fraser to manage one of their hotel residence tower.
This project is situated at the very good location, the only concern is the traffic condition surrounding the area and they have factor in the future value of this project in their selling price.
Based on last year when I met up with their Director, they have seem knowing something behind abt the RTS location before hence they dare to factor in into their launching price.

I always felt that this developer is out of its depth..
He is trying to play with the big boys. But I'm not too sure whether they have the financial muscle to ride out any potential downturn.
If they don't it then buyers will be the ones holding the bag.

Best be careful about it MB products. No offence to those that have committed. Just my own pov

I was quoted twr A, 2 bedder mid floor 3x near 1mil mark before. they have throw in additional 40k renovation package as well.

The initial price is higher and you can definitely ask for more discount given current property downturn. however i feel the developer is not reliable and heard about complain on their other project.

Can you share more on why you feel that the developer is not reliable?
What kind of complaint you have heard from their other project? For which project? The complaint experience is from your friend or relative?

I hope you can be more specific in sharing your view instead of quoted a general view without any base we can refer to?

a friend of mine have vested interest in this project, the developer sell high but adjust price downward silently to move the unit to short changed the early buyer. So their integrity is questionable. Among other is that they have poor after sale service, never attend and response to the client complain properly.

do search about the facebook #tritower page, i saw some complain post on the page about their poor service, and also M condo project management thingy.

if you want to buy, need not to rush until you see their finish product before commit. It is buyer’s market now.
