Facts - fire the top and create a socialist company - all equal pay ha ha .... communists rule. Capitalists model profits the top CEOs with millions and workers get lesser salaries. The pyramid exists in all Capitalism. Compare with true socialism - all get equal pays.
The best way forward - keep fares low. Nationalise all tpt systems. :>
