The PAP has been giving TCs plenty of grant and subsidy over the years as they were the dominant party. Now opp start coming in, they r scare they ll b able to accumulate reserves to build up a strong force hence the withholding of Grants!!!! There's no reason to withhold grants based on suspicion. Infact they should release the grants and prove there's wrong doing but never happen. It's peanut $$$ to PAPA anyway why want to punish the residents of Aljunied. My friends staying there told me it's almost certainty WP will clinch 60% above this time round without any fraud at Aljunied GRC!!!!Heard another GRC to fall this time round too!!!

Its true that they should not withhold the funds even before when a judgement is made.
So many residents livelihoods are at stake! They paid taxes some more!
