Saw this offensive programme on TV. Tourists got scammed by tour agencies but board says they have no powers. cannot do anything. did not stop them from talking for 15 minutes though. since they are useless, why still giving advice like they do? anyone got stories to share?

I saw the program too and had the same thoughts. Fucking bitch only gong jiao wei on TV. Natas fair know how to collect money but cannot do anything to help. Wtf
