It is dumb fuck questions like yours that make me lose faith in mankind.

If you can't make up your mind, why not make a compromise and travel to Dover and Calais? ;)

Note: Dover in southern England, not the Dover of Sinkieland.

If you are there why not visit both:confused:

The 2 cities are connected by the Eurostar train so travelling between the 2 places takes only about 2+ hours.

I'm not topsage, but I much prefer Paris.

I'm not Topsage or his clone. In fact, PAP IB idiots have mistaken three other nicks to be my clones. How dumb or desperate can they be  !

Since I am based in London. I have to recommend it. However, I will "take your hands and walk you through the streets of London" only if you have a 36-24-36 figure and look like Claudia Schiffer. BTW, if you don't study and work hard, you'll end up like those homeless people on the streets of London, Paris, Singapore ...

Yup. I hardly come across anyone who baru visit one city. When there, minimum to cover both. Better value for money spent on air ticket and time taken to fly there.

'Cos the Boss already answered for him? See post #4.

These sorts of inane questions are commonplace on the net nowadays. There are tons of similar questions in the emigration folder eg "which country is better? Australia or Canada?".

Sam, be more tolerant of them lah.... For most Singaporeans, this Little Red Dot is all they know, their entire lives. Australia, Canada, it's all the same to them. All they want is some feedback and discussion lah.

I even had a friend tell me that he's thinking of dropping by New York during his tour of LA, SF and Vegas, as if it was like making a right turn at Orchard Ion, go 5 mins down the road, and there you are.

Or another one asking me via whatsapp if it is worth it to visit the Great Wall while touring Hong Kong, Guangzhou and Shenzhen.

Being born and raised in this little country, we tend to have seriously distorted perceptions of the scale of the world.

When I told my friends I was on a business trip to SFO, I was asked by one of them whether I could hand carry a package to a relative who lived in the USA.

I asked for the address. It was a street in Miami Florida.

Then there's the usual question regarding OZ.... "what's the weather like in Australia?".
