WP is the only credible oppo. Strong grassroots and appeal to the middle ground. Unlike the others. Look at SDP thanks to CSJ, the opposition has been set back at least 10 years. SDP is like the Greens in australia, ideology for ideologies sake, if SDP agenda is implemented in singapore, singapore will be more fuck up than it is now.

For RP and SDA, they are doing nothing but promoting the PAP. Do not forget RP and SDA and SDP nearly fucked up the Puggol East BE.

NSP, seems to get it head screwed in right,,but they have been no sight and no sound,,could be electable if they become more vocal and have a proper manifesto.

Please also note, some singkies will only vote WP. If its the other oppo parties, they would vote PAP. For me I vote anyone except PAP. But that is just me,,

As long as PAP hangs on to power, our life will not get better. This is a party that has no plan to raise the standard of living. What's the point of GDP growth when the most of the gains go to a selected few, living the masses to bear the cost of the growth?

PAP is a right-wing party. The Coalition is a right-wing party. What's the difference? Nothing. The core policy of all right-wing parties is tax cut. They know nothing else. In the social realm, they practice is a policy of pitting one group against another. It is the divide and conquer strategy.

Be careful of what you wish for. In terms of political spectral, the Liberal Party of Australia is closer to what the PAP is (center-right) while the Australian Labour Party is closer to what our opposition parties are (center-left).

I think that the opposition parties should really work together. From what i see in the last election, the opposition parties were fighting with each other. If the opposition parties work together, they will be able to have the necessary talents to compete with the PAP representatives! The standards of the PAP representatives have dropped over the years and i will not be surprised if they are knocked off their perch in 2016, if they still do not wake up from their bloody idea!
