TOC overloaded?

Kept receiving error for the past couple days. May be the govt has send ISA to tweak them? You know lor, even 5 CCTVs are installed in a dessert let alone TOC with so many die-hard fans that make pap hard to swallow.

TOC already noted this problem. Let's give them more time to solve it.
