For those of you who worked before at the old Wing Tai building, what memories! It's gonna be torn down and built into a freehold condominium called The Tembusu Kovan.
Not sure if the building was used in the past 10 years because it looks very run down. I guess that's also the reason why they are developing it into a condo?
